Online Entry Instructions
Welcome to the 2026 Porterville Fair Online Entry System. Please carefully review the information below before beginning your entries.
Parents with multiple exhibitors, as well as leaders/advisors, may enter all projects (livestock market, livestock breeding, and indoor exhibits) at the same time or complete them in separate sessions. The same login will be used for all entries.
Before You Begin
    • Review the 2026 Premium Book prior to starting your entries. This includes all rules (new and existing), deadlines, and required documentation.
    • Download and complete all required forms before beginning the online entry process.
    • Have all documents saved and ready to upload.

Online Entry Process
    1. Sign in and select the Register tab.
    2. Follow all on-screen instructions. Required fields are marked with a blue asterisk (*).
    3. After creating your login, save your username and password for future access. This will allow you to return later to add or update entries.
    4. If you do not complete your entries in one session, be sure to click Save before exiting to avoid losing your work.
 
Important Notices
Livestock Exhibitors: An exhibitor pass is required and must be purchased at the time of livestock entry.
Indoor Exhibitors: An exhibitor pass may be purchased only if one has not already been purchased with livestock entries. Indoor exhibitors over the age of 20 are not eligible to purchase an exhibitor pass, regular season passes or daily admission passes may be purchased instead.
Parking Passes: All parking passes will be available beginning April 1st. Parking passes may be purchased by visiting, www.portervillefair.com
